Pomelo and Mangosteen

POMENGOSTEEN. A lovely pairing of the two fruits that make us wish that we lived in a land as rich and bountiful as Mindanao — or at least lived there everytime these two are in season. We’re talking about the POMELO and the MANGOSTEEN. Thanks to Cebu Pacific, we are able to fly them across cheaper. We’ll take a lovely Pomelo and then place Mangosteens around it until the scale reaches 4 kilos, that’s a “Pomengosteen”.
