SHALLOT WE SHALL. We shall help farmers from Banganan, Aritao, Nueva Vizcaya sell their off-season Shallots. This is not a Rescue Buy but a Group Buy. We’re gathering orders, we’re hoping to give them a good price. The Shallots will be freshly-harvested, stems on. They will be very tasty and sweet. In fact you can crunch them as a side dish to roasts and other dishes. The price we’re hoping to get is P299 for 2 kilos.
