We start dispatch at 9AM-7PM for RuRi North and South, and 11AM-7PM for RuRi Central. Restocking for South branch starts at 1PM.

We’re based in Manila and we can only deliver within the area and its adjacent towns and cities, or where door-to-door services (Lalamove/Grab/Borzo) are available.

Unfortunately, no. All orders are paid in advance via GCash, GrabPay, PayMaya, and bank transfer because we pay the farmers for their produce immediately.

Yes, you may choose door-to-door delivery upon checkout on our site.

Unfortunately, not at RuRi North, but soon at RuRi South and RuRi Central.

We make an OFFICIAL announcement on our Viber channel when it’s ready for dispatch, so please refer to our recent list available for pickup.

The produce varies depending on which distressed farmer we are helping on any given day. Please join our Facebook group to keep abreast of the Rescue efforts.

Most of our produce has a tentative dispatch date, so we encourage you to check our recent Viber announcement. For those who opted for our door- to-door delivery option, rest assured we will have them delivered to your address once they are ready.

The delivery time usually depends on the location of our rescued produce and the number of orders we have collected through our group buys and rescue buys. Since these produce items are sourced from provincial areas, it typically takes about a week or two for them to be transported to Manila. We kindly ask for your patience as we work diligently to process and ship your order.
