On the other hand, we have mangoes from obscure places all over the Philippines that hardly merit mention or attention, fit for the most local of consumption — the tree owner’s family and perhaps his neighbors. Let’s called them INIDIAN MANGOES and side by side with Guimaras, have their brief moment in the spot light. When you get these mixed mangoes, you’ll see immediately by the skin kung sino ang beauty queeen and kung sino ang “baile” queen. Yung isa na-hot water bath, yung isa not, the contrast is that stark.
