Bottled Tinapa

BOTTLED SMOKE. It gives us a lot of pleasure to offer @everyone BOTTLED TINAPA (MACKEREL SCAD). The fish, either galunggong or alumahan, is sourced from smoked fish vendor stalls that used to line a long length of highway between Penaranda and Gapan in Nueva Ecija. Used, kasi many stalls empty and seem to be falling apart. This is our small way to keep a couple of them going longer for two families who have been smoking fish for generations. We buy the smoked fish in big batches and travel it to Gabaldon, Nueva Ecija (Camp Mingan) where it is cooked with pickling vegetables provided by us. We get a lot of satisfaction from having such a unique offering to our members. You’ll get a lot of satisfaction from the taste of this, it’s smoked with salt and then it’s braised with vegetables — lovely, very lovely. 

BONELESS SMOKED TINAPA. We are seeking support for our first ever RuRi fish-based offering. If you give P499, you shall get two (2) bottles, with free vegetables.
