Ex-Katips BAYC

EX-KATIPS BAYC. Moving fast on this for two reasons. One, we shockingly have not done a public Box-All-You-Can in ages, it’s always for companies. Two, ang mahal ng gulay ngayun, we all need this, the farmers need this. Oh, may three. We’re doing it in the old Katips Bar (let the old memories come flooding back), now the ultra-modern HQ of Thermomix Philippines. This is a BAYC with lots of talking — we will deliver the full presentation entitled “The Accidental Advocacy of Rural Rising Philippines”. You’ve been seeing this posted in bits and pieces over the years, this is all of it in one sitting/standing, it will leave you crying.

This is a BAYC with lots of EATING. This is after all Thermomix HQ for gastronomy’s sake. A full kitchen will be dedicated to coverting the rescue produce into all sorts of sweet and savory, hot and cold, dishes to answer the question “What can I do with all these produce”. You will leave felling full and hopeful.

Finally, this is a BAYC or a Box-All-You-Can Fruits and Vegetables. Of course, there will be tons of fruits and vegetables — crammed into this pristine, airconditioned space that looks straight out of an architecture magazine. Our Benguet muddy and nice-smelly vegetables go straight here, how brutal, how wonderful. Sorry, Brandon!
