MY CHERRY AMARE. There was a time last year that our favorite pizza place La Cucina Amare in Baguio rescued CHERRY TOMATOES by incorporating it into their menu. I am sure some of you remember that. We were full of admiration for their forward thinking and their fortright cooking. They were an example to be emulated. I think they kept on with it to eventually develop the Cherry Tomato series. Galing, di ba?
We’re not cooking but we’re saving. Happy to offer the first batch of Cherry Tomatoes from a farmer we promised to help last year. We remember that we gave him our word and we’re keeping our promise.
