WANT WANSOY. This is Coriander or Cilantro, an herb that is absolutely indispensable to Mexican, Asian, Indian, and Middle Eastern cuisines. Without Cilantro, there would not be guacamole and tacos, curries and salsas, Tom Yum soup and Mediterranean dips. The stems are more flavorful than leaves, so use them for cooking. Shred the leaves for garnish.
