These are GOLDEN ZUCCHINI or YELLOW ZUCCHINI. Enjoy like regular green zucchinis multiplied by 10. They are sweeter than their green cousins. Combined with green vegetables, you can make a very colourful and flavourful dish indeed. These beauties came from a young farmer named Jennifer Palaez from Kapangan, Benguet. She is the only one that grows these Golden Zucchinis in the whole town, as far as she knows. As far as we know, she is the only one that grows these Golden Zucchinis in the whole width and breath of the Cordilleras.
