THIS DISK. We were once again able to get three sacks of fermented chocolate beans. Sent to us in Baguio by our farmers in Ibaan and Talisay, Batangas, and then brought down to the chocolates makers in Mangaldan, Pangasinan for cooking. Chocolate disks that you can cook individually as needed to make a cup of coco or a bowl of hot champorado. P20 per disk, we would like to ask P20 for each disk. Some cocoa you get, they add brown powder (or coloured flour) to replace up to 50% of the cocoa for max profit.Of course there’s tablea with sugar, like our Mang Juanito from San Jacinto cocoa, which some people like. This tablea is the real deal, 100% pure chocolate.
