It’s the seed inside you want. Mixed with vinegar or lemon juice, it creates a unique kind of sour-sweetness perfect for raw fish. It strips the fishiness and elevates it with sweetness. Tabon-Tabon is found to have anti-bacterial qualities so it protects against indigestion or food poisoning from eating raw fish.
