Thank-You Tankan

We’re offering the last Tankan oranges of the season in a simple Thank-You Week bundle. Tankan is a Japanese citrus variety known for its natural sweetness, bright flavor, juiciness, and easy-to-peel skin. The season is short, and this is the final harvest for the year.

Bundle Includes:

• 3 kilos Tankan oranges
• 1 jar Tankan Orange Marmalade from the Ruri Rescue Kitchen

The marmalade is made in small batches using imperfect tankans that are still perfectly sweet inside, cooked down into a bright citrus spread that’s great on toast, yogurt, pastries, or as a glaze for roasted dishes.

Because of the rains brought by Typhoon Verbena, harvest volume is still being finalized. Estimated availability is Nov 29-30, with updates to follow once confirmed.
